Continuing student enrollment runs until the day before classes begin. The first day of class for the spring semester is January 14, 2010. Late enrollment begins on Jan. 14. Enrollment may be completed online at https://sa.ku.edu until the 5th day of class. Late fees apply to enrollment after Jan. 14. Go to http://www.registrar.ku.edu/enrollment/#Show4 to find a fee and late enrollment schedule.
Off-line late enrollment begins after the 5th day of class, Friday, January 22. After Jan. 22, you must register for classes with a Late Enrollment form, which may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office, 151 Strong Hall. Questions about enrollment procedures may be directed to the Registrar’s Office at (785) 864-4423.
If you do not plan to enroll this semester but plan to do so in future semesters, you will need to contact your department or program assistant about completing a Leave of Absence.
Domestic and international student forms are available on the Graduate Studies Website under “Progress to Degree Forms” at http://www.graduate.ku.edu/05-01_PTD.shtml. Once this form is approved, you may follow the enrollment steps above.
