Graduate students who are planning to attend a national or regional professional meeting may apply for travel funds from the School of Engineering differential fee account. Students must be presenting a paper or attending sessions that will enhance research, KU employment, or professional development as a graduate student. Students must show proof that a paper has been accepted for presentation or attach an agenda of workshops that they will be attending.

Students may also apply for travel funding through the Graduate Student Paper Presentation Fund administered by KU’s Office of Graduate Studies.
