Frosh Frenzy to Start New Year

Wednesday, August 16, 2006

Engineering Student Council will host the 2006 Frosh Frenzy from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19 at the Engineering Courtyard, between Learned, Spahr and Eaton halls.

All freshmen are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event will pair teams of students who will "race" across campus similar to the Amazing Race TV show. There will be prizes and food. All participants will receive a Frosh Frenzy T-shirt. The race is designed to familiarize students with the KU campus and introduce them to other engineering students. Dress for the weather. Water will be provided at several locations throughout the race.
