The School of Engineering will hold several review sessions for students signed up to take the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam in October. Most review sessions will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Spahr Engineering Classroom.
The review session topics and instructors are:
Sept. 23, Wednesday: Introduction to the FE Exam, Tom Mulinazzi, professor of civil, environmental and architectural engineering
Sept. 30, Wednesday: Engineering Economics, Oswald Chong, assistant professor of civil, environmental and architectural engineering
Oct. 5 , Monday: Thermodynamics, Peter TenPas, professor of mechanical engineering
Oct. 6, Tuesday: Electric Circuits, Jim Rowland, professor or electrical engineering and computer science
Oct. 12, Monday: Computer Problems, Sara Wilson, associate professor of mechanical engineering
Oct. 14, Wednesday: Strength of Materials, Anil Misra, professor of civil, environmental and architectural engineering
Oct. 20, Tuesday: Fluids, Sarah Kieweg, assistant professor of mechanical engineering
The FE Exam will begin at 8 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 24, in the Spahr Classroom, 2 Eaton Hall. Students must bring their registration confirmation letter and a valid photo ID. The doors open at 7:15 a.m. Instructions for the exam begin at 7:45 a.m.
