FE Exam Review Sessions Begin March 3

The School of Engineering will host several review sessions to help students prepare for the spring Fundamentals of Engineering Exam on April 9.

All review sessions are from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., except where noted, in the Spahr Engineering Classroom, 2 Eaton Hall.  The review sessions, topics and instructors are:

March 3: Introduction to the FE Exam, Professor Tom Mulinazzi

March 10: Materials Science, Lecturer Carl Frahme

March 14: Electric Circuits, Professor James Rowland

March 16: Thermodynamics, Associate Professor Peter TenPas

March 28: Strength of Materials, Professor Anil Misra

March 30: Computer Problems, Associate Professor Sara Wilson

March 31: Dynamics, Associate Professor Carl Luchies, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

April 4: Engineering Economics, Associate Professor Tom Glavinich

April 6: Fluids, Professor A. David Parr

April 7: Statics, Professor Robert Umholtz

April 9: Fundamentals of Engineering Exam

Please stop by the Dean’s Office in 1 Eaton Hall for a full schedule and updates. Study booklets will be available at the Dean’s Office on March 4.  Download the flier to your computer.

KU will host the FE Exam on Saturday, April 9, in the Spahr Engineering Classroom, 2 Eaton Hall. Report time is 7:15 a.m., and ALL participants must bring their admittance letter. Information about the FE Exam can be found online at http://www.ncees.org.
