VIDEO: KU Engineers Collect Key Climate Data
Engineers at the University of Kansas have been hard at work contributing to the body of data diplomats striving to address environmental issues can draw upon at the Copenhagen Climate Conference.
Faculty and student researchers at the NSF Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets, headquartered at KU, are taking part in NASA’s Operation Ice Bridge, a multi-year effort that will provide crucial information about that current state of and longer-term changes in polar ice.
