Activities Help Students Prepare for Career Fair, Job Search

Engineering Career Center has several ways for students to get ready for the fall recruiting season.

On Wednesday, Sept. 4, ECC will hold its annual Career Kickoff Tailgate with free food and career information for students.  The tailgate will be from noon to 2 p.m. in the Engineering Courtyard.

As the semester progresses, students can take advantage of numerous workshops and activities to prepare for the Fall Engineering and Computing Career Fair on Sept. 18 and interviews and communication that follow.

Students are also encouraged to use the resources available at Engineering Career Center, 1001 Eaton Hall.  The center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Students can also schedule personal appointments for individualized attention.  Contact ECC staff at
