Engineering Recognition Ceremony RSVP

The School of Engineering holds a graduation ceremony each fall and spring. Please note: students must apply for graduation in Enroll and Pay to graduate from the University of Kansas. This is an RSVP for the graduation ceremony.

7-digit student ID
Please indicate either the phonetic spelling of your name or a familiar word that rhymes with your name. example: Anna Paradis: ann-A pair-A-DEES, Ngoc Nguyen: nahk nuhWEN or sounds like “knock” “WIN”, Gary Neice: Gary rhymes with dairy, last name sounds like "nice"
What semester ceremony do you plan to attend (spring of fall)? This may be a different semester from the term you graduate.
Graduate Students Only - Please include the full title of your dissertation or thesis. If you completed a project or coursework only, please input project/non-thesis in the title block or leave it blank.
Doctoral Students Only (PhD or DE) - Please include the following: All Previous Degree Information & Year of Graduation (Example: MS, University of Kansas, 2010; BS, Boise State University, 2008)
There is no limit on the number of guests that you can invite, but please know that seating is first come, first serve.
This is the email address we will use to communicate ceremony information, including instructions.
If you would like individual invitations sent by email, please provide the names and email addresses below.
If you need an invitation sent to family or friends for immigration or visa purposes please provide the names and email addresses or mailing addresses above. Invitations are sent out one month before the ceremony. If you need an invitation prior to that date, please email aparadis@ku.edu with the information listed above. A PDF copy of the signed letter(s) will be emailed to you directly within 2-3 business days.
