Poster session from Biomaterials Day 2019

Great Plains Biomaterials Day 2022

Friday November 4th, 2022 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

The Great Plains Biomaterial Day is a student-run research conference hosted by the University of Kansas Student Chapter of the Society For Biomaterials (KU SFB). Our goal is to showcase cutting edge biomaterials research and facilitate connections amongst students, academics, clinicians, and industry representatives from across the Great Plains region.

Since 2008, the national SFB organization has supported regional Biomaterials Days across the US, aimed at increasing awareness, excitement, collaboration, and translation in the field of biomaterials. Our 2022 event marks our first in-person research conference in over three years!

More information about the event can be found below. Please reach out to sfbiomaterials.ku@gmail.com with any questions. We look forward to seeing you on November 4th!
