KU to Host ASME Student Conference

The Univesity of Kansas will play host to the 2011 ASME Section C Student Professional Development Conference April 14 through April 16.

The conference, coordinated by the KU student chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, will include industry tours of Harley Davidson in Kansas City, Mo., and Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City, Kan., as well as several oral presentation competitions and design competitions in the Kansas Union. The event concludes Saturday, April 16, with elections and an awards brunch.
