About the SELF Program

The Self Engineering Leadership Fellows Program is a leadership enrichment program for dynamic students at the University of Kansas School of Engineering. Successful businessman and KU alumnus Madison “Al” Self and his wife, Lila, established the program in 2007 with the expectation that it would make a difference in the lives of students who would then go on to make a difference in business and industry and the world.
