Here are several of the most commonly used student academic forms. Be sure to check the Office of the University Registrar for additional forms that may be applicable.
The following forms are for current KU Engineering students. Prospective students (incoming freshmen, transfer students and graduate students) do not need to fill out these forms. Prospective graduate students should contact their desired department to discuss funding opportunities.

Undergraduate Engineering Ambassador
The Engineering Ambassadors serve as the student public relations team for the School of Engineering. They assist the Dean's Office in undergraduate recruitment efforts in a variety of ways. A $1,000 scholarship ($500 per semester) is awarded for full-time undergraduate students enrolled in engineering or computer science during the 2015-2016 academic year. All class levels are welcome to apply, but preference will be given to those at the sophomore, junior, and senior levels. Applications are typically accepted in March and will be available online.
