Kelly Noel

Kelly is Senior Director Process Improvement of Operations at Target, leading process improvement solutions across the enterprise. Previously, she was Sr Director Engineering of Store Design at Target where she lead a team of engineers that provided industry leading design, installation, operation support, and service for all of Target properties.

Prior to her time at Target, Kelly served as an Associate Vice President at Henderson Engineers in Lenexa, KS. Where she lead a team that was responsible for providing services to several of the nation’s largest retailers.

Kelly has a passion for driving smart solutions and developing talented, engaged and diverse teams. If you ask her what gives her daily energy, it is when she is coaching and mentoring others to pursue their goals. It took the influence of many to help accomplish her goals, as a result, giving back to the community and others has always been a priority for Kelly.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. Is a member of National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) where she serves as a mentor to college students pursuing engineering degrees.
