Preparing for Orientation and Enrollment
Welcome to the University of Kansas School of Engineering. We look forward to welcoming you to orientation and beyond. We are excited and gearing up for Summer Orientation. There is a lot to be done and we want to offer an orientation and enrollment process that proceeds as seamlessly as possible for both you and your support system.
In order for enrollment to proceed smoothy, we ask all of you to take steps to prepare in advance. Please read the general instructions FIRST and any specific instructions corresponding to your major choice.
Our entire team is available to help you if you have any questions during the process and we hope these materials will help you to get started as you approach your first semester at the University of Kansas.

Transfer credits/Official transcripts/AP/IB Credits-- Make sure that all of your official transcripts for high school, transfer credits have been sent to and received by KU. You can check with KU Admissions to confirm the status of any submissions.

Before orientation, all incoming student will meet with an advisor to discuss and plan their schedule for the Fall semester. To schedule an appointment, please review instructions below, corresponding to your anticipated major.
