Forms needed to conduct School of Engineering business

Here are several of the most commonly used student academic forms. Be sure to work with your advisor if you need assistance completing them, or have questions about how to use any of these forms. Add/Drop a Class (use this form to add a class, drop a class after the drop hold is on your account, or change sections before the deadline)

Application for Degree

Change of Engineering Major (use this form to change your major withing Engineering, if you are already admitted)

Change of School (use this form to apply to Engineering from another school at KU, or to apply to another school to leave Engineering)
