Plotter and Color Printing Request

As of Oct. 27, 2025, printing services are temporarily unavailable due to printer failure. The School of Engineering has a new printer on order. The arrival date is not yet known. This space will be updated and Engineering IT will email students, faculty and staff when the new printer arrives. In the meantime, Engineering IT advises students to use Jayhawk Ink in the Kansas Memorial Union for any large format printing needs.

Computer Labs

As a KU School of Engineering student you have access to many of the common computing labs in Learned Hall and Eaton Hall.

Annual Software Request (For Engineering Faculty)

Please use the software request form to submit requests for the upcoming academic year. Please submit no later than August 1st of the upcoming academic year.
