Biography

What is the focus of your research as part of the Undergraduate Research Fellows Program?

My personal research is an exploration of computational number theory concepts. I have implemented Elliptic Curve factorization methods, tested their parallelization and different ways to implement them recursively or iteratively.

What do you enjoy most about conducting undergraduate research?

I enjoy the subtle satiation of curiosity followed by the feeling of learning when I am learning new high-level concepts.

Have you been able to present your research or publish articles based on your research? If so, where?

I have published articles based on some of my other research in quantum computing. The articles I have published have mainly been in IEEE quantum hardware/algorithm journals.

What are your future academic and professional plans?

I am planning to pursue a PhD in Theoretical Computer Science. I have applied to various school and am waiting to hear back from them.
