What was the focus of your research as part of the Undergraduate Research Fellows Program?

My research focused on reducing the mass transfer limitations of a catalyzed oxygen generation reactions.

What did you enjoy most about conducting undergraduate research?

I enjoyed testing the classroom knowledge I have obtained in a physical setting in creative ways. Research problems can feel like a puzzle and solving them is a fun, thought provoking process.

What are your future academic and professional plans?

I plan to attend graduate school, and I hope to eventually work as a researcher in a national lab.
