Biography

Richelle graduated from University of Kansas with a BS in Electrical Engineering and further pursued her Master of Business of Administration at Webster University in 1993. Richelle is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon working in the Alexa Security Artificial Intelligence Foundation Division. She recently retired from Nokia after twenty-three years as the Lead Senior Program Manager for one of Nokia’s largest accounts. Her career highlights were receiving the NOKIA Excellence Award in years 2020 and 2018 for outstanding leadership and flawless implementation on deliveries exceeding company objectives and expectations with global teams consisting of 100+ employees.

Richelle currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago and has been married for 23 years to her husband Donnie. They have two sons ages 15 (Devin) who is a sophomore in high school, and 19 (DJ ) who is a sophomore in college. In her spare time, Richelle is a professional cake decorator and runs her family’s’ nonprofit organization, T.H.E. Youth Development Association that assist youth in developing leadership skills and serving our communities. In addition she is heavily involved in Jack and Jill of America, West Suburban Chapter where she is the Program Director serving to develop community leaders.

While attending the University of Kansas, many of her memories consist of hanging out in the SCoRMEBE office while shooting the breeze with many life- long friends between classes. The

SCoRMEBE program, along with our Director Florence Boldrige, was the support system that was instrumental in reaching many of my goals.
