Biography

What is the focus of your research as part of the Undergraduate Research Fellows Program?

Designing a Novel Tumor-Binding Cytokine Immunotherapy for the Intratumoral (IT) Treatment of Solid Tumors

What do you enjoy most about conducting undergraduate research?

My favorite part about conducting research is that I can explore the part of science that I am interested in deeper. I also like the part where I could learn about some research method that I could not experience in any of my mandatory classes. Then, the best part is I could ask a lot of questions about why things ended up this and that way.

Have you been able to present your research or publish articles based on your research? If so, where?

Yes, I presented my research in Undergraduate Research Symposium held by the Center for Undergraduate Research and the Engineering Research Symposium. I have not got the chance to publish any articles based on my research yet.

What are your future academic and professional plans?

My future academic plan is to get into graduate school and get my doctorate, then I think I am planning to work as researcher in pharmaceutical area.
